Our anchor coffee. We've worked with the Ramirez family at El Paraiso for three years. Reliable, clean, crowd-pleasing. This is the coffee we recommend to anyone who says they "just want a good cup."

Process: Natural
Tasting Notes: Blueberry, jasmine, peach
Roast Profile: Light
This is the one that converts people. A natural-process Ethiopian that tastes more like fruit juice than what most people think of as coffee. Polarizing and wonderful.

Tasting Notes: Caramel, hazelnut, citrus zest
Roast Profile: Medium-Light
New to the lineup this season. A honey-process Bourbon with a syrupy body and clean finish. Excellent as espresso or pour-over.
